City centre commercial property acquired

Epsilon Real Estate Partners has recently completed its purchase of Park House on Park Square in Leeds.

This is a 20,000 sq ft corner building overlooking the square. It is currently occupied as flexible office space on the upper floors, with a Pizza Express on the ground floor.

Rodney Hunt, director at Epsilon, said: “We are very pleased to have acquired another exciting project in Leeds. We look forward to undertaking a refurbishment of the flexible office space in partnership with architects AXI Studio and flexible office operator Space Made to re-position the offering to establish the building as Leeds go to professional office hub.

“This is our fifth acquisition in the North West and follows on from our success at 12 Greek Street.

“Over the last three years we have cemented our commitments to acquiring and re-positioning assets in Manchester and Leeds and currently have two further acquisition in negotiations, with a desire to grow our portfolio in 2020.”

Epsilon was advised by Colliers International on the acquisition, The vendor, Stonebridge, was advised by Bowcliffe LLP.
