Strong demand for first phase of residential scheme

The first phase of a new Beal Homes development in Goole has completely sold out – after 50 reservations in just 22 days.

The first properties made available by Beal at The Greenways, off Rawcliffe Road, have now all been snapped up.

A total of 23 of the initial 31 properties were reserved during the opening sales weekend alone.

The housebuilder confirmed the fiftieth property has now been reserved at the development, which will ultimately add hundreds of contemporary homes to the local housing stock.

Construction will begin shortly, with the first homes expected to be available during the first quarter of next year.

Sue Waudby, sales and marketing director for East Yorkshire-based Beal, said: “This has been one of our most successful launches ever and to have 50 sales in just over three weeks is quite remarkable.

“It shows just how strong the demand is for high-quality new properties in Goole.”

Most of those who have reserved a property on The Greenways are local and a high proportion are first-time buyers.

Beal is now taking registrations from househunters who want to be first in line for the next phases of the development, which will feature various house types, including three bedroom Butterwick and Pickering properties and four bedroom Langdale and Haxby homes.”
