Warehouse brought to market following renovation

Yorkshire developer, Eshton has completed the refurbishment of a 25,380 sq ft warehouse unit with ancillary offices in Gildersome, Leeds.

The former DHL depot is now readily available to occupy and has been brought to the market by the industrial team at CBRE in Leeds alongside joint agents Holder & Co.

The unit, Express House, comprises a detached premises, incorporating over 17,000 sq ft of warehouse space and more than 8,000 sq ft of two-storey office accommodation with canteen facilities.

It also features an extensive yard area, generous parking and 16 loading doors.

Eshton has carried out refurbishment of the offices and warehouse which are located on Nepshaw Lane South in Leeds.
