Developer poised to launch 112-home scheme

National home builder, Ashberry Homes, is working behind the scenes to have its first ever Yorkshire development ready to open once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

Due to be built on land adjacent to Selby Road, in Howden, Kensington Vale will comprise 112 two, three, four and five-bedroom houses.

Melanie Smith, Ashberry’s Yorkshire sales director, said: “Interest in Kensington Vale has been high since, and despite all that we’re currently going through as a country, people are still getting in touch to enquire about it.”

Howden was chosen by Ashberry Homes for its first development in the region to due to its transport links to the region’s major cities – the development is a five-minute drive from J37 of the M62.
