Industrial estate freehold acquired at auction

Doncaster-based property and asset management company, NSM, has acquired Kirk Sandall Networkcentre at auction on behalf of InfraRed Capital Partners for an undisclosed sum.

InfraRed previously held the leasehold for the site with NSM providing property and asset management services.

Last month, NSM also secured the lease of the final 3,539 sq ft unit to Johnston Shopfitters UK Limited.

Johnston is an existing tenant at the site and has expanded into a further unit due to the company’s fast growth.

Helen Gordon, associate director of NSM, said: “Acting on behalf of our client, we successfully acquired the freehold for Kirk Sandall Networkcentre from Doncaster Council.

“All 12 of the high quality workspace units within this popular industrial estate remain fully let, providing a strong asset for InfraRed’s UK-wide property portfolio.”

The 28,519 sq ft industrial estate includes 12 self-contained workspace units ranging from 872 – 3,545 sq ft.

It provides secure warehouse space within integral office space provided within some of the units.

Located close to Doncaster town centre, the development is home to a range of businesses including interior designers and decorators, plumbing, bathroom supplies and electrical supply companies.
