Specialist agency launches its new HQ

Technical SEO specialist SALT.agency has unveiled its new international headquarters – located in Horsforth, near Leeds.

The premises are designed to facilitate an expanding team and a growing number of clients, while allowing for greater collaboration and innovation.

The building offers 11,750 sq ft, enough to accommodate over 100 employees across four floors. It features a private gym, free car parking, an outdoor workspace, a video studio, and numerous recreational spaces.

The new base opens this month and SALT.agency employees in Leeds will be invited to gradually return to the office environment.

Martin Woods, co-founder and director of SALT.agency, said: “Since starting SALT, we’ve always wanted to create a campus — not only to give the team a better work environment but also to enable us to share our passion for cutting-edge technical SEO with others.

“Over the past few months we’ve been busy upgrading the facilities in our new HQ and we are extremely grateful to the hard-working team that has made our ideas a reality.

“Having this spacious modern facility will allow us to move to the next stage in the company’s growth, as demand for technical people to help generate demand for businesses online has never been so high.”

Reza Moaiandin, co-founder and director of SALT.agency, said: “We have advanced and streamlined processes in place which enable our team to work in a custom and agile manner. We believe this has made it easier for our staff to adapt to the ‘new normal’.

“While some people flourish in a home working environment, others — especially those with less experience — tend to require some on-site support and training.

“For this reason and many others, we believe it is important to maintain a physical office space — somewhere that team members can come to escape their four walls at home, collaborate, be creative, socialise, and meet with clients.

“We want our team to feel safe when they come into the office and we have ensured the health and safety processes are robust and considered regarding the COVID-19 outbreak.”
