Latest letting means commercial scheme is now fully occupied
The last remaining unit at Whitehall Point, in Leeds, has been leased for ten years to a cleaning product supplier.
Acting on behalf of property company J Pullan & Sons, CBRE’s industrial team in Leeds secured the company Parc Supplies for this property, signalling the full occupation shortly after practical completion of the scheme.
J Pullan & Sons secured an early 20,000 sq ft design and build pre-let at Whitehall Point to MKM Builders Merchants on a 20-year term and the warehouse with showroom and trade counter is now operational.
Leeds-based J Pullan & Sons then undertook the speculative development of a further two prime warehouse units, both of which have now been let and both achieving record rents for the region in their mid-box size bracket.
The 31,500 sq ft Unit 3 was leased to automotive parts distributor Alliance Automotive Group on a 10-year term. Alliance Automotive Group leased the unit to facilitate the expansion of its Northern business.
The final 13,500 sq ft detached warehouse Unit 2, comprising 12,000 sq ft of industrial space with 1,500 sq ft of first floor office accommodation, has now been leased to Parc Supplies.

Whitehall Point is approximately 2.5 miles to the south west of Leeds City Centre and fronting the A58 Whitehall Road.
