Luxury apartments scheme completed
North Yorkshire property developer, Quattro Property Group, has completed works on its Southfield & Ellis House luxury apartment scheme in Harrogate with 40% already sold in the Southfield building.
The development on Station Parade will also launch its second show apartment at Ellis House on 10 October from 10am.
The 20-apartment one and two-bed development with many of the homes overlooking The Stray, has been delivered despite a difficult climate due to the pandemic.
Appointed agents, Linley & Simpson’s Harrogate office, say they have seen “unprecedented” expressions of interest in the scheme.
The agents attribute this to pent up demand post lockdown and the stamp duty holiday, which is currently fuelling a surge in the UK housing market.
The former Southfield House office building has been converted into nine apartments, alongside Ellis House, a new building which houses a further 11 contemporary apartments with undercroft parking serving both buildings.
Appointed contractor, Leeds-based Castlehouse Construction, delivered Practical Completion this month despite tough COVID-19 conditions.
Quattro has joined forces with TV celebrity interior designer Linda Barker to offer buyers who reserve an apartment a personal interior design consultation. The Yorkshire-born designer recently visited the development.
