New estate agency announces office opening

A brand new estate agency firm is being set up to service the North Leeds residential market.
Monroe Estate Agents will be opening its office on The Avenue, Alwoodley, in February 2021.
The director and founder of the business, Leanna Corban, is working closely with her partner, experienced property professional, Jordan Yorath.
She said: “I am launching Monroe to service the gap I have observed in the North Leeds residential market for an agent who can offer the level of personal service, bespoke marketing and professionalism which we can.
“Vendors will find that there is no blueprint for how we will work on their behalf, our marketing campaigns can offer a fully presented walk through tour, drone footage and 3D floor plans.
“House prices in Leeds are currently up by 4.5% year on year according to Zoopla’s latest housing index, along with a surge in demand for properties in more affluent areas.
“I believe now is an exciting time for Monroe to make an impact in our chosen location.”
