80 jobs planned for airport development
The first phase of a speculative development near Robin Hood Doncaster Sheffield Airport has brought three new units onto the market, ranging between 13,654 to 18,194 sq ft.
Kestrel Court is on First Avenue, close to junction three of the M18, and unit 3 of the scheme is already under offer.
Completion is expected this week and Marshall CDP is currently considering the second phase offering two further units of 17,000 and 21,000 sq ft.
It is hoped the overall project, supported by Doncaster MBC’s Business Doncaster service, will create up to 80 new jobs at the five units on site, which are for sale or to let.

The units at Kestrel Court feature fitted office accommodation with good sized loading and car parking in a landscaped business park setting.
