South Yorkshire based contact centre CC33 is set to recruit a further 400 people after experiencing a period of massive growth during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Roles that the company will be recruiting for include telesales agents, team leaders and senior management positions.

The 400 new recruits will be working across the firm’s two offices in Sheffield and in their Rotherham office on Mansfield Road.

Founded by managing director, Paul Fletcher, CC33 currently employs more than 350 people and has more than 30 clients across various sectors.

The firm says its recruitment drive has been made possible due to the expansion of existing accounts and new client wins throughout 2020, despite the pressures of the pandemic.

It has resulted in the business outgrowing its previous office space on Allen Street in Sheffield and moving into a new 50,000 sq ft office, named The Portergate, on Ecclesall Road during the latter half of last year.

Paul Fletcher, CC33 managing director, said: “We’re really pleased to be in the fortunate position to recruit 400 people to join our offices in both Sheffield and Rotherham.

“It is a difficult time for everyone right now, and many have lost employment through no fault of their own. So, I’m really glad that we are able to provide these new roles.

“It is a fantastic start to 2021 and an exciting time for the company. I am extremely proud that we are able to offer these opportunities and continue to provide our usual excellent service despite the ongoing pandemic.”
