Flexible workspace opens in city centre
incspaces, which already has locations across London and Manchester, is opening a 24/7 flexible workspace in the heart of Leeds.
The 19,000 sq ft venue will accommodate both young start-ups and established businesses embracing the growing flexibility of the future of work.
One Embankment, a three minute walk from Leeds Railway Station, has undergone a £2m investment. It will provide more than 300 dedicated desks alongside private offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices, coworking spaces, and event spaces.
The location also features three comfortable breakout areas, a formal business lounge, a free-to-use fitness suite, and two outdoor terraces with views over the River Aire.

The opening of the Leeds location comes after incspaces announced plans to expand rapidly throughout 2021, in light of the accelerated growth of the Work From Near Home (WFNH) market.
One Embankment is the first location to open under incspaces’ plans to launch convenient, inspirational places across the UK.
It is incspaces’ eighth UK location, joining Manchester’s Princess Street venue along with six venues across London.
