New headquarters for occupational health specialist

Peritus Health Management Limited has signed a five-year lease on Oak House, Woodvale Office Park in Brighouse.

The property is owned and managed by commercial lettings specialist and landlord, Towngate PLC.

Peritus Health Management is a family-owned business of qualified occupational health and hygiene specialists who work alongside organisations to help promote and protect the wellbeing of the workforce.

Its new HQ at Oak House is a 3,207 sq ft self-contained office building and forms part of the Woodvale Office Park.

Jake Wilde, facilities manager at Towngate, said: “We are delighted to welcome Peritus to the Woodvale Office Park.

“Oak House is a fantastic building with plenty of personality, and I have no doubt it will provide an excellent headquarters for the company.”

Julian Dowson, director at Peritus Health Management, added: “We have been part of the Brighouse business community since 1999, so it is quite fitting that we now operate from one of its most iconic buildings.

“The property itself is steeped in history, something you become aware of the minute you walk through the front door and into the grand entrance hall.

“The location is excellent and enables us to continue to service our customers well with our fleet of mobile occupational health screening vans.

This letting leaves just two modern office suites — one 2,040 sq ft ground floor and one 4,500 sq ft first floor space — available within the park.
