Deal completed to acquire business travel specialist

Leeds-based Company Travel has been acquired by Good Travel Management, which is headquartered in Hessle.

Good Travel Management has today confirmed it has concluded an agreement to acquire the customer base and ongoing client servicing activity of Company Travel.

A spokesman for Good Travel Management said the two businesses share values and expertise in travel management in key sectors such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Renewables and Construction.

He added the deal ensures existing Company Travel customers will benefit from the enhanced buying power, product and technology solutions that Good Travel Management can provide.

Kevin Harrison, managing director, of Good Travel Management, said: “The acquisition of Company Travel, following on from our partnership with Altour, membership of Lufthansa City Center and a number of new account wins, has given Good Travel Management an excellent start to 2021.
