No pause for ambitious growth plans at software business

Leeds-based software firm, Anthill Software, is continuing with its five-year expansion plan, building upon a successful year which saw it smash its £1m annual recurring revenue target

The business reported record growth of 32% year on year, with clients including brands such as Homebase, Bathstore and American Golf.

And the firm has continued to grow its presence within the Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathrooms retail space, with more independents and household names signing up for its services.

Anthill specialises in CRM, Process Management and Automation.

Founder and CEO, John Endeacott, said: “The shift toward home working and remote services raised a great number of questions for retailers, highlighting the need for true organisation and control of customer activity.

“Our unique platform has been designed for companies to define their individual customer processes, forming a blue-print for how customers are handled as they progress through the operation in a consistent and controlled way.

“The result is staff are guided on best practise, have instant access to the data they need and the whole business follows the same path, fully aligned to the companies aims.”

With plans to double its team over the coming months, Anthill has also secured a larger riverside office to ensure it can continue serving its growing customer base effectively.

Endeacott added: “Expanding the team by 40% in the last six weeks alone has been amazing to witness and I’m delighted we are in a position to continue this trend over the coming months.

“Our exciting product road map for 2021 will introduce our platform to new industries, and present further opportunities for existing customers to benefit from using Anthill.”
