A clean technology business, Clean Power Hydrogen Group (CPH2), has sublet Unit D, a 29,826 warehouse at the Parkside Industrial Estate on Wheatley Hall Road in Doncaster.

CBRE’s Industrial team in Leeds, alongside joint agent Gent Visick, secured the letting and the park is now fully occupied following this latest deal.

CPH2 has expanded into the additional modern detached unit in Doncaster comprising 24,882 sq ft of warehouse space and almost 5,000 sq ft of office accommodation, with the added unit forming part of the company’s growth plans.

The company has advanced the development of hydrogen as a green energy through a new form of production, with ambitions to clean up the environment in a simple, safe and sustainable manner at any scale for a zero-carbon future.

The detached unit forms part of the 27-acre, 240,000 sq ft St Modwen Parkside Business Park.

Danielle Raunjak, from CBRE’s Industrial team, said: “We are delighted that Parkside Industrial Estate is now fully occupied following this latest deal to a highly innovative green hydrogen producer.

“The demand for mid-box space of this quality remains high, and the logistics take up within Doncaster and the wider South Yorkshire region has remained strong over the course of the last year, despite the pandemic.”
