Help us support the Yorkshire Air Ambulance

On Friday a team featuring TheBusinessDesk.com’s joint managing director, Alex Turner and Yorkshire editor, Ben Ormsby alongside representatives from the region’s corporate community are setting out to tackle the Yorkshire Three Peaks in aid of charity.

Turner and Ormsby alongside a team of representatives from Curveblock, Squire Patton Boggs, YFM Equity Partners, Grant Thornton and Endless, will look to raise much needed money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance by tackling the 1585 metres climb.

The team is being supported by mountain leaders from Will 4 Adventure and wants to raise as much money for the charity which like many faced challenges over the last 18 months when the pandemic hit it’s usual fundraising activity.

Ormsby said: “Tackling the Yorkshire Three Peaks will certainly be a challenge but with our fingers crossed for some good weather, I’m certain we’re all looking forward to taking part and ultimately raising some money to support the fantastic work of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. So if you can spare some change, we and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance would all appreciate your support – you can donate to the team here.”
