Stuart Bullock, managing director, BJSS, said; “Expansion of the business continues to be important for BJSS. Newcastle’s exciting tech scene offers vast opportunities for us to continue growing and working with highly skilled and talented people. We’re incredibly excited to be contributing to the thriving community that inspires a sense of collaboration and offers a highly valuable digital tech talent pool. BJSS is a northern rooted business; we have no doubt the opening of this new office will play a large part in the continued success of the work we provide our clients daily.”

Since being founded in Leeds in 1993 BJSS has been crucial in shaping the tech scene in the North, and last year announced plans to tackle the skills challenge facing the industry by accelerating the recruitment of school leavers, apprentices, university graduates, and people retraining or returning to work.

The business is also taking part in the upcoming virtual conference Disruptors which will showcase the Northern businesses already leading the charge to be at the forefront of technology and the next generation of entrepreneurs and companies that are aiming to transform the regional, national and global economy.

It also aims to encourage and inspire business leaders and managers who know they need to become a disruptor. It will also inform you on what is being done by our politicians and policymakers to attract technology companies and investments, boost skills and create the conditions for innovative businesses to flourish.
