Jones joins the business following an extensive professional career with the plumbing and heating specialist merchant, Wolseley.

Starting his career with Wolseley UK as its first management trainee, Jones progressed through the business working across every department in branch and HQ and spent time within sales, branch and supply chain management, before being appointed as HR director.
