Ben Hall joins niche advisor NorthCap to create “a new partnership in the city”

L-R: Ben Hall and Luke Symonds

Seasoned investment agent Ben Hall has joined specialist real estate advisor NorthCap, as the Leeds-based company looks to build on its impressive start.

Hall’s arrival adds significant strength to the NorthCap brand, which was established by Luke Symonds in March this year following his departure from Lambert Smith Hampton.

Hall leaves his position as head of Colliers Leeds office, where he advised on some of the largest transactions in the northern region including the acquisition of Broadgate, the biggest office deal in Leeds this cycle. He previously held roles at King Sturge and acted as regional lead for GVA in Yorkshire, bringing over twenty years of experience to the new role.

Hall said: “I am delighted to be joining forces with Luke to create a new partnership in the city. We share the same values and demand the highest standards of ourselves when it comes to providing property advice to investors. The modern investor expects detail and providing this alongside excellent customer service is what we thrive upon. We really feel these attributes, combined with the agility of a niche agency, will serve both existing and new clients well.”

The new partnership seeks to continue NorthCap’s recent successes, having acquired the mixed-use Albion Court scheme in Leeds city centre for Glenbrook Investments and brokered the disposal of the Tea portfolio on behalf of BizSpace.

Symonds added: “Ben is a high-profile operator and well known in the city for his charity and event work. We both feel the time is right to take regional agency to the next level and the NorthCap platform allows us to collaborate on emerging themes such as sustainability and proptech. I’m thrilled to team up with Ben and look forward to putting our shared vision into practice.”

The pair will start trading together from the 1st November located at Platform in central Leeds.
