IT recruitment business targets £10m turnover

Leeds-based IT recruitment firm, Corecom Consulting, aims to almost double its team and grow turnover by 25% in the coming year.

Targets encompass an ambitious expansion strategy for Corecom’s newly established BV business in the Netherlands including tripling the company’s billable client base.

The plan follows a successful 2021 which saw the company outperform its predicted turnover by some £3.5m. It had expected a figure of £1.8m and instead achieved £5.3m.

Corecom, which was established in 2008, has also continued to grow its team and expanded into The Netherlands last year.

Since launching on the continent in March 2021, Corecom BV has recruited a team of four and netted over 136,000 euros worth of business.

Targets for 2022 include achieving a turnover of £10m and growing the team from 30 to 50, creating further professional roles for the region.

Managing director, Jonathan Sanderson, said: “We are steadfast focused on our vision to be a leading international technology recruitment partner by changing the rule book.

“Our values centre around wellbeing, empowerment, awareness and collaboration and, in remaining committed to these, we have been able to flourish in what has been a very difficult two years for the sector.”
