Long-term leases signed at landmark office scheme

A trio of new lettings has been agreed for 1 East Parade, in Leeds city centre.
The deals were secured by Schroders Capital, advised jointly by Savills and Carter Towler.
Car parking operator Q-Park has committed to a new lease, taking 7,440 sq ft of workspace. In addition, executive search firm, Goodall Brazier, has secured 7,320 sq ft while financial advisor, Clearwater Financial, has taken 1,818 sq ft. All the deals are for 10-year leases.
1 East Parade has recently been substantially refurbished to provide modern, Grade A workspace.
Paddy Carter, office agency director at Savills Leeds, said: “The investment from Schroders into 1 East Parade has created a landmark city centre office scheme suited to a range of occupiers.
“Its prime location and modern workspace makes this a desirable scheme for a diverse mix of tenants and this string of lettings is testament to that.”
