Six-figure refurb completed at city centre restaurant

A six-figure revamp is now finished at Crafthouse Leeds, nearly 10 years since the Trinity Centre restaurant first opened.

To mark the refurbishment the menus – which change to reflect the seasons and are created by head chef Simon Jewitt – have also been updated.

Zoe Yeoh, general Manager at Crafthouse, said: “Located in the heart of the city and with a view of the rooftops across the town, we have been inspired to develop our décor to bring the outside in. Mixing town and country and creating a green oasis for our diners to enjoy.

“The light, fresh and full of life scheme aims to relax our diners and envelop them in a world away from the day-to-day.”

Crafthouse Leeds’s new A La Carte menu now includes:

Nori cured Loch Duart salmon, grapefruit, radish, bitter leaves & yuzu gel

Barbecued maitake mushroom, broad bean & sorrel salad, black garlic purée, nasturtium

Heritage tomato & buffalo burrata salad, romesco sauce, lovage & parmesan

Hereford fillet of beef, pastrami short rib, crispy potato terrine confit roscoff onion, watercress purée

Pea & lemon verbena risotto, broad beans, grilled asparagus, roast garlic dressing

Pan fried cod, roasted cauliflower gnocchi, Swiss chard, ver jus grapes, almond foam
