People: Raworths; Graywoods; Just Trays; and more

Harrogate-based solicitors, Raworths, has confirmed four promotions which have been awarded across a number of the firm’s private client and commercial teams.
John Carter, Commercial Property is promoted to senior associate. Claire Hunter, Family Children and Divorce, Jessica Toller, Trusts Wills and Estates and Jennifer Watson, Corporate have each been promoted to associate.
The promotions mark the outstanding skill and expertise of the individuals, in addition to their consistent delivery of excellent client service.
They also acknowledge the significant contribution of the quartet, each having over four years’ tenure at the firm.

Sheffield business turnaround and insolvency practice, Graywoods, has welcomed a new face to its expanding team.
Chris Callaghan, began his career working in accountancy before going on to specialise in insolvency a decade ago.
He now takes up a new post in the Advisory and Restructuring team at the practice’s Sheffield city centre HQ.
Callaghan said: “I’m looking forward to offering a high level of support to business owners and also to accountants seeking advice for their clients, especially in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.”
Graywoods partner Deborah Lockwood added: “We are happy to welcome Chris to the team and, having known him for many years, we feel his breadth of knowledge and experience will be a major asset to the company.

Paul Atherton
Just Trays (JT), a Leeds-based shower tray manufacturer, has appointed Paul Atherton as northern key account manager.
He will look after JT’s key merchant branches and distribution partners for the North of England, North Wales and Scotland.
Atherton brings with him 34 years of experience in the bathroom industry, including previous roles with both Roper Rhodes and Lecico Bathrooms as an area sales manager and progressing to become a national contract support manager.
His most recent employment was within the kitchen sector and he looked after retailers in the North for Franke UK.
In his new role at JT, he will focus on supporting the manufacturer’s distribution partners, while seeking new business opportunities for the brand, putting JT at the forefront of its shower tray offerings.
Atherton will be working with JT’s partners in the North of England, North Wales, and Scotland, maintaining links with existing customers, and exploring how JT can continue to support their businesses and maximise existing and future sales.
He said: “JT is a highly respected shower tray manufacturer in the industry and has a great ambition to grow, so it was a no-brainer to join the team.
“I’m a huge people person and I’m looking forward to being out and about meeting new people to play a part in helping the company to be the best tray manufacturer in the industry.”

Leeds and London-based tech marketing business, Fox Agency, has welcomed Phil Stott into the role of client strategy director.
Stott’s most recent roles were at Jaywing as client director and at Brass where he was strategic planning director.
At Fox Agency, he will be providing expert strategic direction across global marketing strategy, brand, content, digital campaigns and more.
He will also be supporting across wider strategic briefs for key accounts, as well as supporting on pitches.
Stott will be strategic lead on key global technology and cloud consultancy accounts including Arcwide – a global IFS cloud consultancy and joint-venture between IFS & BearingPoint.
Stott said: “I’m passionate about working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and developing insight-led, integrated strategies which deliver tangible business value.”
