HBD has made a senior appointment to its Leeds office, welcoming David Wells as director as its Yorkshire and North East team continues to grow.

The property developer launched its Leeds office in 2020, making a series of new hires as its development pipeline has continued to expand.

Wells joins from Capital & Centric and brings more than 30 years’ experience within the industry following senior roles at Muse Developments and Scarborough Group.

He said: “HBD is well-established and respected within the industry, so it’s fantastic to be joining the business.

“The Leeds office has continued to see strong growth since its launch in 2020 and I look forward to working with Tom and the team to both progress existing schemes and to continue building HBD’s development pipeline across Yorkshire and the North East.”
