Business growth specialists swoop for marketing agency

Heur – a York and London-based business growth agency specialising in direct-to-consumer ecommerce – has acquired digital marketing consultancy, Out-To-Sea, for an undisclosed sum.

Brighton-based Out-To-Sea has a team of three and offers digital marketing consultancy for D2C brands, covering e-commerce, data, research, SEO, paid media, email marketing and CRO.

Heur was founded in 2019 by e-commerce experts, Chris Raven and Chris Nawrocki.

It works with businesses and founders both nationwide and internationally to help scale their D2C brands, offering services such as fractional leadership, holistic growth strategy, managed audits and growth mapping.

With this acquisition, it will be bringing premium menswear brand Peggs & Son and art publisher King & McGaw on board as clients.

Raven said: “Nowadays, brands are turning to marketing agencies with expertise across the board. Acquiring Out To Sea will hugely strengthen Heur’s offering, ensuring we can provide end-to-end digital marketing for brands.
