Fresh identity unveiled for corporate finance team
The BHP Corporate Finance team has rebranded and will now be known as Translink Corporate Finance.
Yorkshire-based accountancy firm BHP joined Translink, the global mergers and acquisitions advisory specialist, over three years ago and has since become a shareholder in the group.
Rebranding of BHP Corporate Finance to Translink Corporate Finance has been described as the next logical step in a relationship that reflects the international presence of the team.
The team has collaborated on an increasing number of successful projects in recent years, working with Translink colleagues across the globe to assist management teams, shareholders and private companies navigate complex processes.
The rebrand encompasses both Deal Advisory and Transaction Services (Due Diligence).

Translink Corporate Finance become a trading name of BHP LLP in the UK and Ireland, and will continue to provide a full range of Deal Advisory and Transaction Support services for corporates, management teams, investors and funders.
The change does not affect the wider BHP practice, which will continue to trade under the existing BHP brand.
