Financial brokerage doubles loans in latest financial year
A Leeds based FCA regulated commercial finance brokerage has seen loan transactions more than double in its latest financial year.
YB Financial Advisory Ltd (YBFA), marking its second anniversary, has now helped more than £60m of SME funding completions over the last two years for its customers by providing a wholly independent view of the banking market and sourcing appropriate financial solutions.
The largest completion in 2022 saw YBFA advise on a funding package totalling £7.5m to provide expansion funding for a Yorkshire-based business.
The business continues to expand into 2023 and has recently secured larger office premises and has recently welcomed Kate Spratt into the business as Relationship Support Manager.
The team now stands at six members of staff with over 130 years of banking experience with further recruitment planned for the rest of the year.
