An extra pair of hands for firms targeting North America

Paula Grizzard, Mark Ashton and Keith Ruddock are co-founders of Go International.

Why don’t more UK businesses export to North America the world’s leading trading nation?

Often the answer is simple – where do we start? The United States alone is often thought of as 50 different countries, yet with 360 million consumers there are vast opportunities to be had.

Help is at hand. Go International, focussing on businesses in the Northern Powerhouse, will provide everything needed from finding the right customers for products and services to immigration, recruitment, transport and more. We have partners on the ground across Western Canada and the US providing a wealth of practical help to get businesses up and running. This could mean finding offices, fulfillment centres, partners or distributers.

Go International is that extra pair of hands businesses need to enter what can appear to be a daunting market.

The Government’s recent trade deal with Canada is encouraging our northern businesses, particularly those in the built environment, to grab the many contracts available. The British brand is in demand and we want our businesses to be first in line for contracts.

Join our launch meeting on the 20 July  from 9.30am-2pm at Virgin Money, Briggate, Leeds, and meet our North American partners, hear about how we can get you to market and come away with a strategy which will take your business to the next level.

We are keen to meet businesses across all sectors including built environment, manufacturing and tech. Female founders are very welcome and can participate in our round table as part of the event. Book here
