Office move and rebrand for law firm

PROPERTY solicitors Kelly & Co is to rebrand its identity when it moves to new offices as part of its expansion plans.

The firm will prominently use the letter 'K', and house colours of green and black which will feature throughout its new five-storey offices in Leeds city centre.

Anne Kelly, practice manager for Kelly & Co, said: “We would never radically change our established brand but feel it now needs to be brought into the 21st century.

“We are using a more stylised 'K' and a new black stripe taken from our logo that leads our clients and visitors from reception right through all the floors of our new offices.”

The company, which was established by managing partner Patrick Kelly in 1987, has worked with creative design company, Ideas of York and Leeds, on the rebrand.

Kelly & CoKelly & Co has purchased 12,000 sq ft at 49 St Paul's Street, letting out the two top floors, allowing the company 8,000 sq ft for its commercial, residential and property litigation departments, and staff, which number almost 40.

Kelly & Co will move from its present offices in Park Place in Leeds next month.
