Global real estate firm confirms Wellington Place move

Global real estate adviser JLL has agreed a move to the flagship 12 Wellington Place office development in Leeds.

JLL is taking the first floor of the building, totalling 10,219 sq ft, and will relocate next year.

The firm, which acts as joint letting agent on the Wellington Place scheme and employs more than 80 people in Leeds, said the move demonstrates its continued commitment to the city and wider Yorkshire market.

JLL and Savills are the joint commercial letting agents on the scheme, with Lyons Thompson Letts (LTL) appointed to market its retail and leisure space.
