FB Fashion Ball to launch in five cities in 2024

FB Fashion Ball, already established in Yorkshire for 26 years has ambitious plans to launch in five cities in 2024.

This event will now be hosted in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle and Liverpool, supported by TheBusinessDesk.com and an array of professional and business network partners.

The Leeds event takes place on 25 April 2024, inviting Business Leaders and Young Professionals from across Yorkshire to model on the catwalk to raise support for their chosen local charity, while representing their business and raising their profile to a corporate audience of 500 plus.

This special element of the event turns business leaders and their colleagues into model professionals for one night only.

People can take the opportunity to see familiar faces from the Yorkshire business community step out in style wearing the latest trends from Reiss, Ted Baker, John Lewis & Partners, Jigsaw, Hawes & Curits, Rebecca Rhodes, Glamour Rocks and many more fashion brands.

Join the hundreds of business professionals from across the region for an evening of recognition and celebration as part of a glitzy black-tie charity gala dinner dance.

For the first part of the night, guests will be treated to a red-carpet drink’s reception, before sitting down to enjoy a three-course dinner during which, the popular Yorkshire Business Hero Awards will take pride of place.

The awards recognise and honour outstanding achievement and talented individuals and businesses covering all sectors from across Yorkshire.

The second half of the evening is lively and features the fashion show, with over 70 professionals taking part, after which the evening will draw to a close with dancing and mingling until the early hours.

Lisa Darwin, founder of FB Fashion Ball, said: “I’m so thankful to every individual and business that has supported FB Fashion Ball over the past 26 years, there are so many wonderful friendships and business connections made on the back of this event.

“It’s a testament to everyone involved that the excitement and enthusiasm for the event is as strong as ever.

“Next year we have a few surprises up our sleeve so we cannot wait to see everyone’s reaction to what’s in store.

“We are also thrilled to take our promotion of sustainable fashion to a higher level with the inclusion of a fully sustainable fashion scene as part of the show, showcasing second hand, restyled clothing and sustainable brands to raise awareness as part of our event message.

“It’s great to see businesses and individuals recognised for their achievements and celebrating their wins, with the Yorkshire Business Hero Awards.

“Such genuine engagement between business leaders and young professionals as they model together, the fun and togetherness in the room is infectious.  Everyone involved is proud to support so many local Yorkshire charities and the numbers are rising.

“Next year’s event will not disappoint, so book your table now as we promise glamourous networking with plenty of fun and making great friendships for life.

“I’m grateful to see so many businesses re-booking and professionals signing up to model, the momentum is already building, so ensure you invite your people and let us entertain you!”
