Office set to become apartments following sale

National property consultancy, Fisher German, has completed the sale of a prominent office building on the outskirts of Leeds.

Bradshaw House, in Bramley, has been sold for an undisclosed sum to Bridge-it Enterprises, a private limited company, which has now initiated plans to develop the site into a 25 one and two-bedroom apartment complex.

The 10,500 sq ft self-contained office building, based in Waterloo Lane, was sold off market by Fisher German, acting on behalf of owner-occupier Waterman Group after the building had become surplus to operational requirements.

David Laws, partner at Fisher German, said: “We are extremely pleased to complete the sale and happy that the building will enhance the growth of Bridge-It Enterprises, and in turn benefit the wider local community.

“The building is located in the heart of Bramley, close to the retail amenities and provides an excellent opportunity for the new owners to repurpose the building for much needed affordable residential accommodation.”

Clinton Griffiths, director of Bridge-It Enterprises, said: “The acquisition of Bradshaw House will enable us to continue to provide much-needed support to families and those in need across the community.”
