A Leeds-based performance marketing business has accelerated its growth plans with a senior appointment.
John McManus joins Intrinsic as digital director to support its client-first philosophy.
He arrives from senior positions at iProspect and Journey Further.
McManus will lead the further growth of the company’s digital marketing offering, working with the founders Dominic Geary and Mark Hodgson.
McManus said: “When I first spoke to Mark and Dom, it quickly became clear that we shared a passion for the same set of values that underpin what we want to achieve.
“A client-first agency is not only what we think is right, but it’s what we feel is sorely lacking in today’s agency world.
“Moving an agency’s identity away from supplier to partner and becoming an intrinsic part of a client’s business is our vision to add meaningful value rather than simply providing a service.”
Hodgson, co-founder and MD, said: “John embodies everything that is ‘Intrinsic’ and is a world-class operator.
“His technical knowledge and strategic thinking will form a huge part of our ever-growing client offering, and I’m happy he has joined the team.”
