Green developer to speak at property lunch

Jonathan Wilson, co-owner and managing director of the renowned zero-carbon property development company, Citu, will share insights on green development and Citu’s flagship projects at an exclusive lunch.

The event, at Gusto, Leeds, sponsored by Universal AV, will highlight the vision and sustainable development strategies that have enabled Citu to pioneer eco-friendly and energy-efficient construction.

With a strong focus on minimising environmental impact, Citu has successfully established a portfolio of residential and commercial spaces that epitomise the ethos of environmental responsibility.

Jonathan Wilson’s leadership has been instrumental in steering the company’s projects, including the Climate Innovation District in Leeds, and Attercliffe Waterside, Little Kelham, and Kelham Central in Sheffield. These projects are valued at over £500 million and encompass more than 3000 homes.
