Luxury builder marks decade of growth
Pudsey-based luxury residential specialists Verus Construction is marking a decade of continuous growth that has seen it move from a £13,000 extenstion to multi-million pound projects.
The family run business, founded in 2009, has most recently completed a £1.9 Million, 8,000 sq ft project on Sandmoor Avenue in Leeds and a £2 million, 7,500 sq ft project on Wigton Chase in Alwoodley.

Verus Construction’s latest project under construction, located in Sheffield, is a 7,500 sq foot project showcasing its ability to deliver new build projects that harmonise contemporary design with timeless aesthetic. It boasts external-larch cladding and handmade bricks, exemplifying its commitment to creating homes of distinction.
Damian started his career as a joiner and built his first home at the age of just twenty-three. Over the last few years, Damian’s portfolio has grown extensively to include large scale specialist projects in Yorkshire, including individual new builds, restorations and conversions, multi-property developments and commercial builds, working with renowned regional architects such as Studio Map.
