Acquisition sees established print management firms join forces

Birstall-based PMG Print Management Ltd has acquired John Petty Services Ltd – known as JPS Ltd – a print management company working with a portfolio of fashion, homes and lifestyle businesses across the UK. 

PMG Print Management has plans to diversify its offering in the print sector, with the acquisition being the first step towards achieving this goal. 

PMG Print managing director, Mike Roberts, said: “With a heritage of over 150 years, JPS Ltd is a business renowned within the UK print industry for demonstrating its integrity, reliability, and quality of service.

“After initially approaching JPS six years ago I’m pleased that the Petty family sought to place their trust in PMG Print Management and myself to build on this rich history.

“I am excited about working closely with Bridget Petty, who will remain as managing director, in growing our brands together.”  

Otley-based JPS Ltd specialises in the print management of the full range of customer communications and offers tailored solutions across print, mailing, postage and point of sale.
