Clarke, founder of Paceline marketing and PR consultancy, which works with firms in the tech sector, said, “The Leeds tech ecosystem has seen tremendous growth over recent years, with both home-grown firms and companies that have moved to the city from overseas creating record numbers of jobs.
“But to underpin long-term success, we also need a strong technical infrastructure. This new Tier 3 data centre from Hardy Fisher is a great new addition to Leeds and underscores the city’s ambition for growth.”
The data centre site near Leeds city centre is close to all carrier networks which, combined with the substantial infrastructure overhaul, now offers the perfect colocation facility for businesses in Yorkshire.
The centre also has ready physical accessibility via multiple routes, including the M621, and access to the M1, M62 and A1.
Safety measures include the latest smoke detectors, fire suppression capabilities, flood defences, unbeatable access control and security systems to ensure data and equipment is safeguarded.
AtlasEdge committed to a multi-million-pound investment to ensure every aspect of the facility is extensively transformed and modernised via a range of all-encompassing, state-of-the-art upgrades and enhancements that offer reliability, connectivity, efficiency, and security.
