Venue expands its dining offer in response to popular demand

Restaurant, design and retail space, The Collective Inc on Boar Lane, Leeds, is targeting new territories.

Following the launch of Craig Rogan at The Collective four months ago – an eight-course, fine dining evening experience – the venue is now open for lunchtime diners.

Craig Rogan at The Collective has been listed in the Michelin Guide 2024 and has also become a popular destination for corporate events and networking.

In addition to the restaurant which sits within The Collective Inc, the venue is home to retail brands, including contemporary art pieces by Gone Rogue and Soho House stockist.

Interior designer and co-founder of The Collective inc, Ellen Pryce, said: “We launched the venue with ambitions for it to be a collective of unique and inspiring space, where retail and design meets restaurant and experience.

“There are many similarities between retail, interiors and food, which is why we believe in the concept so much and are pleased that we have formed a loyal and expanding customer base.

“Welcoming Craig to the team has created a real buzz and we look forward to welcoming lunchtime diners across the city.”

Rogan added: “I’ve loved creating the lunch menu, which for me really encapsulates the ethos of relaxed dining that can be enjoyed alone, or with company

“We want diners to enjoy small plates of really tasty food that have been made with locally sourced ingredients that really pack a punch of flavour creating a memorable experience.”

Alongside the retail and restaurant offering at the venue, The Collective Inc also provides interior design services to businesses across the UK.

The team worked with Leeds University to supply the furniture for the newly designed terrace. It has also worked on some major hotel projects, providing interior design advice and sourcing and suppling furniture.
