Acquisition accelerates company’s advance into electric vehicle sector

Adler and Allan, an environmental risk reduction services provider, has acquired Utility Line, an independent connection provider (ICP) and grid connection specialist focused on commercial electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure.
It is Adler and Allan’s ninth acquisition in the last three years.
Founded in 2021, Utility Line serves clients seeking a full turnkey solution for specialised EV charging infrastructure and grid connections.
Its experts handle everything from design, planning, installation, and maintenance of commercial, industrial and residential schemes, from inception through to energisation and handover.
