Insurance firm secures deal for 250 staff with flexible office provider
An insurance group has secured a deal for flexible office space across three major English cities.
Cubo will be the new home of RSA Insurance in Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds, according to Business Live.
250 staff will be based across the provider’s space at 2 Chamberlain Sq (Birmingham), The Lincoln (Manchester) and 6 Wellington Place (Leeds).
RSA provides personal and commercial insurance to more than nine million customers around the world. In 2021, it came under new ownership and joined the Intact Financial Corporation.
From its origins in Derby, Cubo is delivering on plans to roll out its brand nationally. Cubo was launched in 2020 and now operates flex offices in Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, and Edinburgh. A second site in Nottingham has just been launched and other locations are set to come on-stream in 2024.
