Notable key projects secured recently included an instruction to fit-out a 34,000 sq ft office space in Manchester, retrofit of 99 Queen Victoria Street in London on behalf of Fidelity International, a multi site refinancing portfolio and a number of major industrial sector refurbishments and new developments in the south of England.

Jones Hargreaves has also hired associate director (Building Surveyor) Jack Kettlewell in Leeds and electrical engineer Xiaowen Pan in London over the last month.

Jones added: “We’re pleased to report a strong start to 2024 as many of our clients look to move major projects forward across their portfolios.

“It’s fantastic to welcome both Jack and Xiaowen to our team as we continue to respond to demand across all of the sectors we operate in, and both have already made a positive impact in our team.”
