‘Natural extension’ for letting agent as acquisition extends its portfolio

Whitaker Cadre has acquired Silsden-based letting agent, Knowles by Zenko Properties, further strengthening its position within the Silsden market. 

With this expansion, residential letting agent Whitaker Cadre now manages more than 400 properties within North and West Yorkshire, from offices in Ilkley, Harrogate and Leeds. The business has grown rapidly since opening in 2019.
