Ethoss Regeneration Ltd has appointed Josh Illingworth as a multimedia designer in its marketing team.
Illingworth, 28, has a strong background in creative marketing, digital design and event promotion, having worked in both B2B and B2C industries.
He joins Silsden-based dental company Ethoss Regeneration from FOD Mobility Group, where he progressed from marketing executive to marketing manager, and finally to digital media producer.
Educated at Titus Salt School in Baildon, he completed a year’s foundation degree in Digital Media and Communication at Manchester Metropolitan University.
His role at Ethoss will focus on graphic design, video production, and animation.
He said: “I have always been a creative person. I’ve always been interested in how things look, why they look that way, the colours, style and how different designs can evoke different emotions in people, along with design trends, and how they evolve through the ages and sometimes come back on themselves.
“I want to develop Ethoss’s visual and media output and lend my expertise and experience in other areas of marketing.
“One of my main targets is to concentrate on video production and take this to the next level, both in Ethoss’s marketing and the EdgeX platform videos.”
Illingworth’s appointment is the second addition Ethoss has made to its marketing team in a matter of months, after naming Kayleigh Houghton as its new marketing executive.
Peter Wheeler, managing director, said: “We were impressed with the breadth and depth of Josh’s knowledge and skillset and, at a time when we’re expanding the team rapidly, his talent brings a new dynamic the company.
“He has clear targets for how he wants to enhance our visual and media offering and we look forward to seeing Josh develop his skills even further as part of the Ethoss family.”

In her new role she will take responsibility for the business’s overall revenue generation strategy and its implementation, including renewal and retention strategies.
She will also retain responsibility for the company’s marketing function and will lead on the aesthetic design of the new centres, as well as overseeing the presentation quality of all the firm’s locations.

David Kinnaird has been recruited as chief operations officer to lead all customer service and centre operational activities across the business including new centre delivery, IT and compliance and estate management.
He will be joining Walker on the Board of the company
He has nearly 25 years of experience in the flex workspace sector, initially at MWB Business Exchange, then as COO of Avanta Serviced Office Group plc and latterly at essensys where he led customer success and operations.
Sophie Turnbull has joined Orega as commercial director and will take responsibility for the oversight of field sales activities.

She joins from Huckletree where she has recently been commercial director with responsibility for marketing, sales and operations.
Turnbull will work with Orega’s existing management team to accelerate the firm’s growth plans and will initially concentrate on helping drive revenue growth, concentrating on sales and retention across the business.
Orega has expanded in the last 12 months, opening nine new locations across the UK. It now operates 27 centres across the UK, in partnership with landlords and corporate occupiers, comprising 675,000 sq ft.
The company’s stated aim is to double in size over the next three years.
Alan Pepper, CEO, said: “It’s an exciting time for us and the flex industry generally.
“As flex comes of age most businesses now have some form of flex space in their real estate strategies: attracted to options that do not tie them into long leases and other long term financial commitments, but also provide them with high quality places to work and to attract staff.
“We plan to continue our recent substantial expansion by capitalising on this demand. We are confident our new appointments will enhance that growth.”
