Raft of new arrivals for Deloitte’s highly-rated graduate programmes

Deloitte Leeds welcomed 47 graduates to its award-winning BrightStart apprenticeship and industrial placement programmes this month (September).

Joining colleagues across Audit & Assurance, Tax Consulting and Risk Advisory teams, the new starters were onboarded with a blended in-person and virtual induction.

Deloitte’s graduate programme ranked number four in the latest Times Top 100 Graduate Employer list and was also ranked in this year’s Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list.

Anil Gupta, practice senior partner for Deloitte Yorkshire and the North East said: “At Deloitte, our BrightStarts, graduates and placement students bring vibrancy, new ideas and energy to our firm. The firm’s early careers programmes offer technical training opportunities and professional qualifications. In July, Deloitte hosted its second Early Careers Week, a week of virtual events dedicated to the professional development of those on the graduate programme, as well as its BrightStart apprentices and work placement students.
