Honouring a true Diversity and Inclusion champion at Leadership Awards

Sarah Tulip collecting her Yorkshire Leadership Award

The next recipient of our Diversity & Inclusion Leader award at the Leadership Awards has a tough act to follow.

In a male-dominated area of business, tech specialist Sarah Tulip has been banging the diversity drum for some time and was deservedly named our 2024 prize winner in that category in March.

Outside of reaching a number of senior positions in work, she has been a champion for digital and especially women’s roles in that increasingly important sector.

She co-founded ‘Women in Leeds Digital’ in 2018 and is a digital ambassador for Leeds City Council where she also champions inclusion, and speaks on DE&I at national events. She is also Chair of the Regional Productivity Forum (Yorkshire, Humberside and North East).

Winning one of our awards has helped change people’s lives so visit our awards website here and get the recognition you deserve. See below for the full list of categories.

We’ve also added three more categories for next year’s showpiece so if you work in hospitality, education or manufacturing, you could be the one carrying off an inaugural prize at The Royal Armouries in Leeds on March 20th (sponsored by First Event).

You have until November 8th to submit your entry and the shortlisted entrants will be announced in January.
