CP Media head was delighted to share moment with his team
For those at the sharp end of bringing in new customers, being part of a particularly well-oiled machine is hugely important to the success or otherwise of a business.
The person heading up that operation is also critical to performance and, if you are a Sales & Marketing Leader that is smashing targets on a regular basis, receive some much-deserved recognition by entering the 2025 Leadership Awards.
It’s what CP Media’s Edward Armstrong did last time around and he was especially delighted for his team after winning our 2024 award.
CP Media has the UK’s largest portfolio of localised media assets, controlling tens of thousands of advertising sites at airports, bus stations and roundabouts amongst others.
He said: “The Leadership Awards is a fantastic event and makes for a really enjoyable evening for the team to come together and celebrate. Building a successful business requires a lot of work and more-so, the right people, and I believe it’s important to take time away from the day-to-day work to celebrate and acknowledge their hard work.
“Being recognised as a Sales and Marketing Leader is a real honour, and whilst it is a personal achievement, importantly, it also provided recognition for everyone that attended on the evening. The trophy from that night now sits proudly in CP Media’s boardroom, showing what we’ve accomplished and the exciting journey ahead.”
