40 more jobs being created at Yorkshire Water contact centre
Yorkshire Water’s sister company, Loop, is recruiting for 40 new customer service roles by January 2025.
Loop is the first point of contact for Yorkshire Water customers, including people getting in touch via phone, e-mail, letter or social media.
The new roles will be based in Bradford and will form part of Yorkshire Water’s commitment to support customers in difficult circumstances.
They will be providing five financial support schemes to help customers who are struggling to pay their bill, assisting over 120,000 customers who needed extra help paying their bills in the last 12 months and helping double the number of customers on the Priority Services Register to more than 200,000.
Loop also provides a range of other services to Yorkshire Water including helping customers with issues as diverse as flooding, noisy manhole covers, bill support, securing help for those in debt and checking the authenticity of a person wanting to gain access to their property.
