Harrogate-based Raworths is culminating a year of strategic growth and industry recognition with the promotion of two associate solicitors within its growing Commercial team.
Harjeet Nangla, who has more than eight years’ experience as a specialist employment lawyer, has been promoted to senior associate.
Nangla provides specialist legal advice to regional and national SMEs and large-scale organisations.
She regularly works alongside the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team on employment related aspects of corporate transactions, advising on complex areas of law such as holiday pay, TUPE, redundancy and discrimination.
Adam Colville-Robins has also been promoted to senior associate.
He has six years’ specialist litigation experience and is building his reputation in this practice area, delivering exceptional results for clients on property disputes and commercial litigation.
He acts for a variety of commercial and private clients including SMEs and business owners, private membership organisations, high net worth individuals and both commercial and private landlords.

Gateley Legal has welcomed eight legal professionals to its growing Leeds office.
Latest hires include solicitor Suhaib Arshad and paralegal Kate Pryer, who have joined the residential development team.
The commercial dispute resolution team has welcomed senior associate Michael Waugh, solicitor Lauren Quinn-Jaggar and paralegal Lucy Benn while associate Sarfraz Iqbal, solicitor Mat Abiagom and paralegal Thom Chappell have all joined real estate.
These appointments follow on from the recent appointments of newly qualified lawyers Daisy Stewart, Megan Mitchell, and Emma Worthington and trainee solicitors Louise Johnson and Fiona Weatherhead announced back in October.

B Braun Medical Ltd, a healthcare company based in Sheffield, has promoted two senior leaders to director roles.
Joining the business in 2012 as a general manager for B Braun Sterilog, Richard Wood has been appointed operations director.
Over the past decade, he has leveraged his 17 years of expertise in production leadership, manufacturing engineering, and operational excellence.
In his new role, he will oversee, integrate, and streamline the operations teams across all departments.
Craig Cannings, who started his journey with B Braun in 2010 as a finance manager, has been promoted to finance director.
Formerly an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he took on the role of head of UK group finance in 2016.

East Yorkshire-based chemicals business, Croda International, has confirmed a senior management departure.
John Ramsay, having served as a non-executive director and chair of the company’s Audit Committee for over five years, will retire from the Board on 1 March 2025 and not seek re-election at the 2025 AGM due to increased business and personal commitments.
In preparation for his retirement next year, Ian Bull will take over as chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 December 2024 and so lead the committee over Croda’s 2024 year-end.
Bull has been a member of the Audit Committee since his appointment to the Board on 24 June 2024.
He is currently the Audit Committee chair of Dunelm Group plc, senior independent director at Domino’s Pizza Group plc and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Ramsay will remain a member of the Audit Committee, as well as the Nomination and Remuneration Committees until his retirement from the Board.
