Yorkshire Sustainability Excellence Awards return in 2025
The Yorkshire Sustainability Excellence Awards are returning in 2025 to recognise the businesses and organisations in the region that are making permanent and positive changes to their environmental impact.
There are eight award categories, including a new category for microbusinesses, as businesses look to follow in the footsteps of last year’s winners such as Quorn, Gripple, Harrison Spinks and NG Bailey.
Created by TheBusinessDesk.com in partnership with Clarion, Deloitte and the Swinton Estate, the awards are now in their second year after a hugely successful launch in 2024.
Each finalist will receive two complimentary tickets to the exclusive awards lunch at Swinton Park in North Yorkshire on April 24, 2025.
Entries are now open until January 24. Find out more and download an entry form at www.sustainabilityexcellenceawards.uk.

Micro Business (up to 10 employees)
There are many fantastic initiatives being led by businesses that may be few in number but big on ideas. SME Business (up to £50m turnover)

Shortlisted companies will be those can demonstrate sustainability is embedded into how the organisation operates.
Large Business (£50m+ turnover)
The actions of large businesses are critical in driving better sustainable practices, both because of their own scale, and their ability to influence, educate and demand more from their supply chain and networks. This award will recognise a company that can demonstrate a significant and continuing impact.
Overall winner
The overall winner will be selected by the judges from the eight category winners.
